One Saturday and Sunday I had the pleasure
of spending time with one of best hunters I
have ever met.

Mark Mcbee, is a young man that likes to
spend time in the woods with his dad.  He
has the grit and the determination to stay on the stand all day through the rain and cold.

As I hung some stands for Mark, his
eagerness, anticipation and determination
helped me remember what hunting is all
about.

Throughout the past hunting season, Mark
hunted passionately and persistantly, up to the last minute... but didn't harvest a deer.

When the season ended, Mark thanked me for my help and with a big smile said, "Just wait until next year."

I have no doubt that Mark will have a great hunt next season.  All Mark needs as a hunter is a bit more experience, and this will come with time.

So this coming season, whether he harvests a deer or not,  Mark is out here for all the right reasons and we know that he'll in deed get his Trophy... it is only a matter of time.
